Roles: Logo Design, Identity Design

I was approached to create a logo and visual identity for the Interface of Leadership and Teams Lab at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. The Interface of Leadership and Teams (ILT) lab is dedicated to conducting scholarly work relating to leadership and team issues facing today’s organizations from a scientist-practitioner perspective.

The ILT lab logo was influenced by the classic Virginia Tech “VT” Athletics mark. It references the university’s history, while symbolizing the lab’s dynamic approach to researching leadership and team issues facing modern organizations.
